Paris, 6 May 2019 - Hogan Lovells advised PerkinElmer, Inc. on its acquisition of Cisbio Bioassays.
Abénex and Cisbio's management sold their direct and indirect stake in Cisbio Bioassays to PerkinElmer, Inc. As a result of these transactions, PerkinElmer, Inc. owns 100% of Cisbio Bioassays.
The Hogan Lovells team advising PerkinElmer, Inc. was made up of Jean-Marc Franceschi (partner), Florian Tranchecoste and Sophie Han (associates) in Paris.
