Miguel Zaldivar, Chief Executive Officer of global law firm Hogan Lovells, has been honored by the Council of Urban Professionals (CUP) with its Courageous Leadership Award. The award was presented last night at its 17th Annual Leadership Gala, held at the Mandarin Oriental, New York.

CUP’s Leadership Gala celebrates the advancements of diverse professionals, showcases CUP’s impact, and honors extraordinary diverse leaders who embody CUP’s mission and vision.

Miguel was honored in recognition of his contributions and commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and pro bono work, and for embodying CUP’s mission to inspire, elevate and empower the next generation of diverse business and civic leaders.

Making a meaningful and positive impact in society is a key priority for Hogan Lovells. Under Miguel’s leadership, our firm has focused on understanding and removing the barriers to inclusivity and embracing our different perspectives and backgrounds, for the benefit of our communities and clients.
