Hogan Lovells Boston office moves to 125 High Street

Boston, 12 August 2019– Hogan Lovells has officially moved its Boston office to 125 High Street. The move is part of the firm’s strategy to expand its footprint and deepen its commitment to Boston as well as clients in the life sciences, health care, higher education, financial services, and technology industries. The state-of-the-art space allows the firm to continue providing top-quality white collar criminal litigation, civil litigation, employment, corporate and intellectual property services to its wide-ranging client base.

“This move marks an important next step for Hogan Lovells in Boston,” said Bill Lovett, Office Managing Partner of the Hogan Lovells Boston office. “The new space allows us room to grow and expand our practice to better serve clients in the Boston market. We have already added an IP Life Sciences team to the Boston office as well as regulatory and appellate capabilities.”

Over the last few months alone, the firm welcomed David Walsh, formerly with IBM as Assistant General Counsel, and Intellectual Property partners Robert Underwood and Kristin Connarn.

The firm signed a 15-year lease on two floors of the recently-renovated 30-story High Street Tower building. Hogan Lovells is occupying two floors (more than 41,000 square feet) in the office complex.

The office is a modern and dynamic space designed with locally-recycled materials to reflect Boston’s rich maritime and transportation history. The office’s five conference rooms are also named after famous Boston bridges and tunnels.

The building, located in the heart of the Financial District and steps from South Station, features views of downtown and Boston Harbor, an 11-story glass atrium for private functions, underground parking garages, a conference center, and a gym.

Like other Hogan Lovells offices, 125 High Street is LEED certified, therefore maintaining the firm’s commitment to offices that are environmentally and energy efficient.
