Hogan Lovells boosts Global Regulatory practice with strategic Paris hire

Paris, London, 22 May 2019 – Hogan Lovells is pleased to announce that Charlotte Damiano will be joining the firm’s Paris office as a partner in its Global Regulatory practice. She will join from Simmons & Simmons with a Senior Associate on 20 May.

Charlotte's practice focuses primarily on tax regulations unique to the life sciences industry. She represents major pharmaceutical companies in litigation relating to tax and social security matters. She also advises companies on pricing, reimbursement for medications and medical devices, and more generally on market access issues, including in disputes with the French health authorities.

Charlotte started her legal career at DLA Piper in 2009, before moving to Dentons in 2011 and then to Simmons & Simmons, where she has worked for the last six years. Charlotte was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2009 and holds a DEA in Economics and Business Law.
