Hogan Lovells advises The Mobility House on a €15 million financing agreement

Press releases | 19 August 2020

Led by Munich partner Peter Huber, international law firm Hogan Lovells advised the Munich-based technology company The Mobility House, founded in 2009, on a loan from the European Investment Bank (EIB) of €15 million. The loan is funded by the European Commission as part of the “InnovFin Energy Demonstration Projects” program.

The leading provider of charging solutions plans to use the money to accelerate the research and development of its ChargePilot charging and energy management system. ChargePilot enables bidirectional charging, depending on the energy requirement, both taking in and feeding the electricity back into the grid. The Mobility House intends to use the EIB loan to finance activities in Germany, France, the Netherlands and other European countries.
