Hogan Lovells advises The Mobility House on its Series C1 financing round

Led by Munich partner Peter Huber, international law firm Hogan Lovells advised the Munich-based technology company The Mobility House, founded in 2009, on its latest Series C1 financing round with the new investor SP Group and existing shareholders as participating investors.

Through the collaboration with SP Group, a leading energy utilities group in the Asia-Pacific region, The Mobility House promotes its further expansion into Asia. The Mobility House is leading in integrating vehicle batteries into the power grid using intelligent charging and energy solutions. 

Hogan Lovells advised The Mobility House on all legal matters related to the Series C1 financing round. Further Hogan Lovells advised The Mobility House recently on a loan from the European Investment Bank (EIB) of €15 million. The loan was funded by the European Commission as part of the “InnovFin – Energy Demonstration Projects” program.
