Hogan Lovells advises Santander InnoVentures on a financing round with CrossLend

Led by Munich partner Volker Geyrhalter Hogan Lovells advised lead investor Santander InnoVentures, the Spanish Banco Santander Group's venture capital specialist for Fintechs, in a financing round for German Fintech company CrossLend. The financing volume amounts to EUR 35 million.
Further investors in the Series B financing round are Lakestar, Earlybird and ABN Amro.
Hogan Lovells advised Santander InnoVentures on all legal issues with a cross border team from Germany and Luxembourg.
