Hogan Lovells advises Keppel DC REIT on the acquisition of a data center in the Netherlands

Led by Frankfurt partner Tobias Faber, international law firm Hogan Lovells has advised, as legal counsel, publicly listed Keppel DC REIT (Keppel) on the acquisition of a data center in the Dutch city of Eindhoven. The transaction was carried out in form of an asset deal. 

The Seller in this transaction was a fund affiliated with MCAP Global Finance (UK) LLP, the European subsidiary of New York headquartered Marathon Asset Management LP. The agreed purchase price was € 37.2 million.

This marks the fourth large-volume transaction that Hogan Lovells has advised for vehicles within Keppel Group, after three previous datacenter acquisitions in Frankfurt, Milan and Cardiff.
