Hogan Lovells advises Goldman Sachs in Series-D financing round of Xempus

Led by partners Volker Geyrhalter and John Connell international law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Goldman Sachs Asset Management in the Series-D financing round of German Xempus AG, a leading European SaaS platform to sell and manage pension & life insurance policies.

The financing round was led by Goldman Sachs, next to existing investors HPE Growth and Cinco Capital. On its goal to digitize pensions for insurers, agents, corporates, and employees, Xempus AG has raised $70m in primary new equity funding. This brings the total funding of Xempus to date to $125m.
