Hogan Lovells Associated Budapest Office Expands with Competition Hire

14 September 2015 - Partos & Noblet, Hogan Lovells associated law firm in Hungary, is pleased to announce that Ákos Kovách has joined the Budapest office to lead the competition/antitrust practice. Ákos joins the firm from Gide Loyrette Nouel where he was head of the Budapest office.

Ákos is a recognised expert in competition law in Hungary. He specialises in merger control cases, cartel proceedings and antitrust matters.  His practice includes advising and representing clients throughout various proceedings initiated by the Hungarian Competition Authority and advising on the implementation of competition compliance programmes. He also advises on M&A matters and EU regulatory issues. Ákos has been a foreign trade adviser for France since 2013.
