Hogan Lovells appoints new Chief People Officer

4 October 2023 – Hogan Lovells announced today the appointment of Lucy Munro as the firm’s global Chief People Officer, as of 1 January 2024. The firm’s current Chief People Officer, Kay Willis, will be stepping down from the role at the end of the year. 

Lucy has been with the firm for 16-years, serving in a number of different leadership roles in that time – as Head of HR for Asia-Pacific from 2010-2017, Head of HR for UK and Africa from 2017-2020, and most recently as HR Director for EMEA.

She has been a core member of Kay’s leadership team for over 10-years and I am delighted that she will be moving into this important global role for the firm and that she will become a member of our global Business Services Leadership Team.

Kay Willis will be staying on at the firm as Senior HR Consultant.  The People team function at Hogan Lovells includes the HR, Recruitment, Talent, Learning & Development, Culture, Leadership Development and Wellbeing teams, and also oversees all of the firm’s HR systems and processes.
