Hogan Lovells advises Winance in relation to the signing of a financing contract with Genomic Vision

Paris, 3 June 2019 - Hogan Lovells advised Winance in relation to the signing of an equity financing contract with Genomic Vision; a company specialized in the development of diagnostic solutions for the early detection of cancers and serious genetic diseases and tools for life sciences research.

The raising of this equity capital aims to ensure that Genomic Vision can implement the refocusing of its strategy around three main axes of development: the ongoing development of in-vitrodiagnostics activity, notably with the deployment of the HPV test; the quality control used in biomanufacturing and gene editing activities; the marketing of cancer product screening tools, with the DNA replication test.
