New York, 11 May 2022 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells represented TelevisaUnivision in connection with its agreement to acquire Pantaya, the leading Spanish language streaming platform in the United States, from Hemisphere Media Group, Inc. The transaction was announced concurrently with a separate announcement in which Hemisphere is being acquired by a subsidiary of Gato Investments, a portfolio investment of Searchlight Capital Partners, L.P.
