Hogan Lovells advises Synopsys on transaction with Juniper Networks to form silicon photonics company

Silicon Valley, CA, 12 April 2022 — Global law firm Hogan Lovells advised Synopsys in its transaction with Juniper Networks to form a new company that will provide an open silicon photonics platform that addresses the growing photonic requirements in applications such as telecom, datacom, LiDAR, healthcare, HPC, AI, and optical computing.
