Hogan Lovells Advises Shareholders on Sale of Axeon to Johnson Matthey

LONDON, 29 November 2012 - Hogan Lovells advised the shareholders, Ironshield ABS Limited and management on the £40.6 million sale of the Axeon Group (Axeon) to Johnson Matthey. The acquisition completed in October 2012 and was announced on 21 November 2012.
Axeon is a specialist in the design, development and manufacture of integrated battery modules and systems for customers in the automotive industry and in high performance non-automotive applications such as cordless power tools and e-bikes.
