Hogan Lovells advises SAUR on Unidro Group acquisition

Milan, 28 April 2020 – International law firm Hogan Lovells has advised French company SAUR in the acquisition of the Italian group Unidro, with Italy managing partner Luca Picone leading a cross border team comprising partner Tobias Faber in Germany, and associates Francesco De Michele, Ruchi Rawat and Jürgen Kess.

Established in 1971, Unidro Group designs and manufactures water treatment systems meeting process water and wastewater treatment needs of industrialists. It is a well-known supplier of heavy industries in the energy sector including oil and gas and petrochemicals. With 120 employees and annual revenue of EUR 40 million, Unidro Group serves customers all over the world with global reach across 35 countries.

SAUR has been assisting French local authorities in management of public services for 80 years. Previously focused on France and particularly its food and drinks industry, SAUR now covers all industrial sectors, in both process and wastewater treatment and expertise.
