Hogan Lovells Advises PRUPIM on Letting at Green Park

LONDON, 7 March 2011 - Hogan Lovells has advised long-standing client PRUPIM on the first major letting in Reading of 2011 at 500 South Oak Way, Green Park. The global real estate investment manager agreed a letting with clinical research organisation PRA on 28 February 2011.
PRA will lease 43,000 sq ft of space for a 15 year term at Green Park, a 180 acre office park managed by PRUPIM (part of the M&G Group). Green Park is located in south Reading, close to Junction 11 of the M4, and is popular with the pharmaceutical, service and technology sectors.
