Hogan Lovells Advises PDVSA on $US3 Billion Bond Issuance

CARACAS, 23 May 2012 – Hogan Lovells advised Petroleos de Venezuela (PDVSA) in its US$3 billion bond issuance. The issuance, which is PDVSA’s first of 2012, was announced by the company on 11 May 2012.

The Hogan Lovells team that advised PDVSA included partners Bruno Ciuffetelli and Gonzalo Rodríguez-Matos, and associate Marianna Boza (Caracas); partner José Valdivia (Miami); and partners Sina Hekmat and Evan Koster, and associates Oscar Stephens, David Tyler, Christy Gressman, and Christiana Stevenson (New York).

Hogan Lovells also advised PDVSA on its US$2.4 billion exchange offer in November 2011.
