Washington, D.C., 28 December, 2021 - Global law firm Hogan Lovells represented NTT DATA, Inc., a global digital business and IT services leader, in its acquisition of Chainalytics, a supply chain consulting and analytics firm. Read more on the deal, which was announced December 22, here.
The Hogan Lovells M&A team was led by Silicon Valley partner Nate Gallon, with counsel John Beck and associate Jason Lee (both New York). Also advising on the deal were senior associate Max Scott (San Francisco) who provided IP counsel, partner Mike Frank (Silicon Valley), who advised on benefits, and partner Mike DeLarco (NY) and associate Zach Siegel (Philadelphia) on employment matters.
