Hogan Lovells Advises Lloyds on All Saints

LONDON, 12 May 2011 - Hogan Lovells has advised Lloyds TSB Bank plc on its ongoing financing of the fashion chain All Saints which was acquired yesterday by private equity investors Lion Capital and Goode Partners.  Post-acquisition, Lloyds will continue to provide working capital facilities to the All Saints group.
 
The Hogan Lovells team advising Lloyds was led by banking partner Chris McLaughlin and assisted by associate Erica King.
 
Commenting on the transaction, Chris McLaughlin said:
