Hogan Lovells Advises LaSalle Investment Management on £164m of Purchases

LONDON, 01 December 2010 - Hogan Lovells has advised LaSalle Investment Management (LIM) on the purchase of the Arena Retail Park in Green Lanes, Haringey, for £53 million. The transaction between Wildmoor and clients of LIM, completed on 18 November.

This deal is one of a number of large purchases Hogan Lovells has completed for LIM this autumn following instructions in the summer, including the purchase of 100 Middlesex Street E1 from Blackstone for £26.5m in September.
