Hogan Lovells advises ISTARI on its cornerstone investment in, and strategic partnership with, Sonrai Security to scale multicloud security for global enterprises

London / Silicon Valley, 12 November 2021 – International law firm Hogan Lovells has advised ISTARI, a global cybersecurity platform, on its cornerstone investment in the US$50m Series C funding of Sonrai Security, a leader in public cloud security.

ISTARI’s investment in Sonrai Security forms part of its strategy of building a portfolio of investments based around its clients’ most pressing cybersecurity needs.  

The Hogan Lovells team was led by Patrick Sarch, co-head of the UK M&A Practice, and Silicon Valley M&A partner, Nate Gallon. The multi-disciplinary team was coordinated by London senior associate, Anthony Doolittle, and included Denver IP partner, David Toy.
