Hogan Lovells Advises Intesa on Lease Restructuring

LONDON, 3 February 2011 - Hogan Lovells' London real estate team has advised Intesa Sanpaolo, one of the premier European banking groups, on the restructuring of its lease at its city headquarters at 90 Queen Street, London.

This is an extension of the bank's previous lease of less than three years to a new term of 15 years. The rent payable by Intesa has been reduced.

The Hogan Lovells team acting for Intesa was led by senior associate Phil Webb, with partner John Condliffe.
