Hogan Lovells Advises EISER Global Infrastructure Fund on Sale of two Scottish Schools Projects

LONDON, 18 December 2012 - Hogan Lovells advised EISER Global Infrastructure Fund on the sale to HICL Infrastructure Company of the Edinburgh and Perth & Kinross Schools PFI projects.

The Edinburgh Schools PPP2 project, which runs for a 30-year period, comprises six secondary schools and two primary schools situated at seven new and existing sites within Edinburgh. The Perth & Kinross Schools PPP project involves the provision of four secondary and five primary schools and community facilities across Perthshire and Kinross-shire over a 32-year concession period.

The team advising was led by London infrastructure and project finance partner Andrew Briggs, supported by senior associate Charles Ford and associate Rachel Candler.

Commenting on the transaction, Andrew Briggs said:
