Hogan Lovells Advises BNP Paribas, Commerzbank and JP Morgan on the €20.7 Million Capital Increase of TOM TAILOR Holding AG

GERMANY, 10 July 2012 - Hogan Lovells advised joint bookrunners BNP Paribas, COMMERZBANK Aktiengesellschaft and J.P. Morgan Securities Ltd. on the capital increase of TOM TAILOR Holding AG. TOM TAILOR Holding AG increased its capital by €1,652,816.00. The pre-emptive rights of existing shareholders were excluded. The 1,652,816 new shares were placed in an accelerated bookbuild to institutional investors at the price of €12.50 per share.

The transaction provided TOM TAILOR Holding AG with gross issue proceeds of around €20.7 million, which are to be used to partially finance the acquisition of BONITA group. The new shares have been admitted to trading on the Regulated Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Prime Standard) and on the regulated Market of the Hamburg Stock Exchange.
