26 June 2014

Hogan Lovells has advised Axson on the refinancing of its bank debt, allowing Axson to take advantage of favourable refinancing conditions and the development of the "EuroPP" (Euro Private Placement) market.

This refinancing was carried by means of (i) a EUR 30 million issue of unlisted "EuroPP" bond issue, arranged by HSBC Bank plc, and (ii) an additional credit facility for an amount of EUR 10 million provided by HSBC France.

The Hogan Lovells team acting for Axson was led by Xenia Legendre (partner, Tax) and Baptiste Gelpi (partner, International Debt Capital Markets), assisted by Vincent Fidelle (Counsel) on the bond issue aspects. Sabine Bironneau (partner, Banking), Louis-Jérôme Laisney and Erika Hubert advised Axson on the credit facility aspects.

Allen & Overy LLP (Julien Sébastien and Lorraine Mirramond) advised HSBC Bank Plc on the bond issue aspects.
