Hogan Lovells Advises Aéroports de Paris on Acquisition of Shares in the TAV Group

LONDON, PARIS, 23 March 2012 - Aéroports de Paris Management - a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aéroports de Paris -  entered into share purchase agreements signed on 11 March 2012 with Turkish companies Akfen, Tepe and Sera for the acquisition of 38% of TAV Airports' shares and  49% of TAV Construction's shares for respective amounts of USD 874 million and USD 49 million. 

Hogan Lovells advised Aéroports de Paris on this transaction. Paris-based corporate partner Stéphane Huten and London-based infrastructure partner Andrew Briggs led the team and worked alongside London-based partner Steven Bryan (capital markets), Paris-based partners Xavier Doumen (corporate), Michel Quéré (finance), and Pierre de Montalembert (competition). The team also included Paris-based counsel Ombline Ancelin (competition), and associates Arnaud Deparday, Charles Ford, Oscar Jonhson.
