Hogan Lovells advised Banca Popolare di Puglia e Basilicata S.c.p.A. on the securitization of residential mortgage loans receivables for a value of approximately 510 million Euro.
The transaction was structured to meet the requirements of the new European regulation on "simple, transparent and standardised" (STS) securitizations.
The senior securities issued by the special purpose vehicle were rated by Moody's and S&P and listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The asset-backed notes were fully subscribed by the Bank.
