Hogan Lovells advise French listed investment house IDI SCA and its portfolio company Groupe Winncare SAS on their management buyout of Mangar Health Limited from Yorkshire Fund Managers

Hogan Lovells advised French listed investment house group IDI SCA and its portfolio company Groupe Winncare SAS on their management buyout of Mangar Health Limited from Yorkshire Fund Managers.  Mangar Health Limited, which is headquartered in Wales, provides a range of assistive lifting equipment and mobility aids.

The Hogan Lovells team was led by global head of private equity Tom Whelan. Others involved included: Charles Jemmett and Jenni Crust on the private equity and corporate aspects, client relationship partner Stephane Huten and Paul Leroy on French related aspects, partner Alex Premont and associate Luc Bontoux and Laura Ogden on the finance aspects and Natalie Psaila and Ludovic Geneston on the tax aspects.

The target company Mangar Health, designs, manufactures and supplies innovative inflatable bathing aids and lifting devices that protect caregivers from injury and promote the independence of persons with reduced mobility.
