Hogan Lovells achieves more inclusion recognition with spot in Yale Law Women’s Top Ten

Washington, D.C., April 19, 2018 – Yale Law Women, an organization committed to building a supportive community of women at Yale Law School and throughout the legal profession, has recognized Hogan Lovells with a coveted place in its “Top Ten Family Friendly Firms Initiative”.

In choosing Hogan Lovells, Yale Law Women noted that the firm has “demonstrated a commitment to family friendly policies and practices and is a leader among law firms nationwide.” The organization also awarded Hogan Lovells individual category honors in Gender Equity, since at least half of the firm’s associates are women.

Speaking about the award, Leslie Richards-Yellen, Hogan Lovells Director of Inclusion – Americas, said:

“It is a great honor to be included in this prestigious list.  Despite the progress the legal profession has made in inclusion and diversity, we continue to develop new and innovative programs to reach our inclusivity goals. I am particularly proud of the work we do throughout our global network of offices to promote inclusion and diversity, and of the hard work our people put in to improve opportunities for women lawyers.”

Yale Law Women surveys top law firms each year about their work-life policies and practices to showcase those that are committed to the recruitment, retention, and advancement of women in the legal industry.
