Hogan Lovells CEO looks to grow in New York with additions from Stroock

The group from Stroock, which includes nearly 70 partners, counsel, and associates largely in New York, but also in Washington, D.C., Los Angeles, and Miami, includes market leaders in real estate and commercial litigation. Zaldivar notes the acquisition of the Stroock team is part of a broader growth strategy that includes further investment in New York, California, Texas, Washington, and London. He forecasts further growth in M&A, finance, and private equity, with a goal to reach US$3 billion in revenue.
