We are delighted to announce that Global Competition Review, a leading competition law and policy journal, has shortlisted Hogan Lovells’ Antitrust, Competition and Economic Regulation team in several areas for this year’s GCR Awards. The GCR nominations include the team’s work in the following high-profile matters:
- Merger control matter of the year – Americas: Jefferson Health/Albert Einstein Healthcare Network
- Litigation of the year – Non-cartel defence: SSA Bonds Antitrust Litigation
- Behavioural matter of the year – Europe: Italian investigation into carmakers and captive banks
