German Diversity Team Receives PMN Management Award for Personnel Development

On 25 September our Diversity team in Germany was awarded the PMN Management Award for personnel development for its "Women@HL" program, winning against our competitors Linklaters and Baker & McKenzie.

"Women@HL" contributes to a change in awareness and helps improve the framework conditions for female career paths. We are delighted that the program is very well received internally and externally and would like to thank all who contributed with great commitment to its success.

Women@HL was introduced in Germany in 2012 as a special initiative within the German diversity HR measures. Its aim is to systematically support female lawyers on their way to partnership, the focus on gender specific workshops and individual coaching.

The PMN Awards, now in their sixth year, are awarded for high profile projects in management and business services of the leading German law firms. The jury consists of five legal industry experts and judges, who choose the winner according to innovation, industry benchmarks and contribution to the firm's success.
