Hogan Lovells Paris strengthens its Tax practice with the arrival of a new Counsel

Paris, 4 December 2020 – Hogan Lovells is pleased to announce that Thomas Claudel has joined the Paris office as Counsel in the Tax practice.

Thomas advises investment funds on their LBO and growth capital transactions. He also supports French and international groups on their mergers and acquisitions, capital markets (in particular IPO and high yield bond issuances), financing and restructuring operations.

With the arrival of Thomas, the Paris Tax practice is made up of ten lawyers, including two partners (Xenia Legendre and Ludovic Geneston) and two Counsel (Laurent Ragot and Thomas Claudel).

The Hogan Lovells Paris Tax practice is fully integrated with the other teams of the firm and assists mainly on matters related to transactional taxation (structuring and implementation of mergers and acquisitions, financing, private equity, management packages and restructuring), international taxation and tax litigation.
