Anne Salladin named to Foreign Investment Watch's Top Advisors 2022 List
Global law firm Hogan Lovells is pleased to announce that Anne Salladin, a partner in the International Trade and Investment practice, has been named to the Foreign Investment Watch's "Top Advisors 2022: Latest rankings of the top global CFIUS experts."
The list, which considers a variety of criteria such as experience, reputation, and clients serviced, ranks the top attorneys who provide legal advice concerning national security reviews of foreign investments in the United States and abroad.
In an article announcing the list, the editors note that Salladin is “always available to Foreign Investment Watch editors to answer our questions (at seemingly every hour of the day)," and highlight her experience at the U.S. Department of the Treasury handling more than 500 transactions filed with the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS), representing many companies in the pharma, defense, and semiconductor industries. The editors also note that an October 2020 Q&A interview with Salladin was "one of the most widely read interviews" ever published by Foreign Investment Watch.
