Nele Julie Todsen advises in all areas of intellectual property law, in particular trademark, competition, social media, domain and copyright law. In this field, Nele represents and advises national and international clients, primarily in the technology, media, fashion, pharmaceutical and consumer goods sectors, in and out of court.

Further, Nele advises her clients in contract and settlement negotiations regarding intellectual property matters as well as in the development of new advertising strategies and trademarks.

Nele is a lecturer in the international Master Program at the Bucerius Law School in the course "Intellectual Property".

Nele studied law at the Universities of Cologne and Hamburg. After her First State Examination, she worked in the offices of Hogan Lovells in Hamburg and London and received her doctorate in press, telemedia and broadcasting law. During her legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Hamburg, Nele worked for the Competition Chamber of the Regional Court of Hamburg as well as for Norddeutscher Rundfunk (North German Broadcasting).

Before joining us, Nele worked as an associate for another major international law firm and as a judge.
