Nele Bull, LL.B.
Nele Bull focuses on contract and commercial law. She advises national and international clients on contractual matters, particularly concerning purchase and supply contracts for goods and services as well as distribution, cooperation and franchise agreements. Her main focus lies in the consumer goods industry. Nele further advises and accompanies start-ups and coordinates processes in product development and international product label reviews.
Additionally, she advises clients on compliance, unfair competition litigation and enforcement of claims as well as regulatory matters. Nele studied law at the Bucerius Law School in Hamburg and at Seattle University, USA. Due to additional economic and subject-specific language classes, she gained her Bachelor of Laws in 2010. During her legal traineeship at the Hanseatic Court of Appeals, Nele worked, inter alia, for an international law firm, the Hamburg music gGmbH (Elbphilharmonie) and at the Directorate-General for Competition of the European Commission in Brussels.
