Christiane Nehring focuses her practice on national and international M&A transactions and corporate reorganisations. She advises companies on a wide range of business and corporate matters, with a particular focus on private equity transactions and core corporate legal issues.

While studying at the University of Göttingen and the University of Nottingham Christiane started to concentrate on corporate law. She gained experience through an internship at the Corporate/M&A Group of a leading international law firm and worked as an undergraduate assistant at the Department for Commercial and Economic Law at the University of Göttingen. While writing her Ph.D.-thesis on key qualifications in law, she worked as a research assistant for an international law firm in the legal area of Corporate/M&A.

Christiane completed her legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Dusseldorf. During this time, she worked in our Corporate Litigation Group in Dusseldorf and London as well as at the German Embassy in Bangkok, Thailand.

Representative experience

Advising a private equity funded service provider of health services on numerous acquisitions and intra-group reorganisations.
