Christiane Nehring

As an associate in the Dusseldorf office, Christiane Nehring focuses her practice on national and international M&A transactions and corporate reorganisations. She advises companies on a wide range of business and corporate matters, with a particular focus on private equity transactions and core corporate legal issues.

Christiane started to concentrate on corporate law while studying at the University of Gottingen and the University of Nottingham, through an internship at the Corporate/M&A Group of a leading international law firm and as undergraduate assistant at the Department for Commercial and Economic Law at the University of Gottingen. While writing her PhD-Thesis on key qualifications in law, she worked as a research assistant for an international law firm in the legal area of Corporate/M&A and our Corporate Litigation practise.

Christiane completed her legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Dusseldorf. During this time, she worked in our Corporate Litigation Group in Dusseldorf and London as well as at the German Embassy in Bangkok, Thailand.
