Nona Naydenova focuses on corporate and capital markets law. She is particularly involved in advising issuers, underwriters and selling shareholders on a wide range of global capital markets transactions, including IPOs, rights issues, capital increases without subscription rights, block trades and bond issues.
Before joining our firm, Nona studied international business law at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg in Germany and received a Master of Laws with a special focus on corporate finance law at the University of Westminster in London.
