Nathaniel Kellerer advises and represents national and international clients in the context of all patent law matters. He focuses on litigation in complex infringement and validity proceedings.

Nathaniel Kellerer specialized in the intersection of law and technology during his time at our firm after his First State Exam, as well as during his LL.M. studies at UC Berkeley. This perspective enables him to analyze and communicate technically complex issues precisely  – whether he is solving out-of-court conflicts or asserting rights in court.

His participation at the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court as a student sparked his interest in international matters and he later served as a coach for the team from the University of Munich. Thanks to his legal education and admission to the bar in Germany and the US, he is now particularly qualified to advise clients in cross-border disputes. He combines in-depth legal expertise with strong negotiation skills to develop economically advantageous and sustainable solutions.
