As an associate in our Commercial and Regulatory practice group, Nadine Otz specializes in trade and distribution law, including regulatory issues. She advises national and international companies on general matters of trade and distribution law with a particular emphasis on certain industries such as automotive, chemicals, transport and railway as well as consumer goods. Nadine's work includes the drafting and revision of commercial contracts and she is also involved in transactional work and advises on product-related regulatory issues.
Before joining our firm, Nadine worked for a mid-sized law firm focusing on commercial law. She studied at the University of Konstanz and Santiago de Chile. In Chile, she worked on constitutional rights for a public research institute. During her legal traineeship she worked in the public law group of an international law firm in Berlin and with the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) in Nepal. Nadine has been engaged in refugee projects for years and is part of our Community Invest Refugee Initiative.
