Nada Moallem

Nada is an Associate based in Hogan Lovells' Middle East Corporate practice. 

Nada is a Lebanese national. She holds an LLM from the University of London, a Postgraduate Degree in Law and an LLB from the Lebanese University, a Bachelor in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut and completed her GDL and LPC degrees at BPP Law School in London. Nada is fluent in Arabic and English.

Representative Experience

Advising Standard Chartered Bank (as Coordinators) and a major financial institution in relation to a US$1.2bn revolving credit facility to the Petrofac group.

Advising a global bank on an ongoing basis, in connection with taking and perfecting various forms of security in the UAE and its free zones.

Conducting due diligence on UAE law governed transaction documents.

Dealing with free zones and Government entities and departments in the UAE.
