David Nabors brings keen judgment, creativity, and skilled written advocacy to his commercial litigation practice. Whether at trial or on appeal, David helps clients put their best case forward.

David graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School, where he served as a supervising editor on the Harvard Law Review and was a recipient of the Dean's Scholar Prize. He also worked as a teaching fellow for Professor Jody Freeman's popular course Advanced Regulatory State.

Before law school, David worked as a research associate in the office of FIU President Emeritus Modesto Maidique. While there, David co-authored a Miami Herald op-ed with Dr. Maidique promoting the inauguration of a pathbreaking leadership development program for high-ranking county government officials. David also provided writing, research, and editorial support to an article published in MIT's Sloan Management Review.
