Molly Mulligan advises clients in the food and beverage industry to help navigate the complex state and federal regulatory landscape.
Molly advises clients on U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) food safety and enforcement actions. She also maintains an active pro bono practice where she represents survivors of domestic violence.
Before joining Hogan Lovells, Molly graduated from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law where she served as an associate editor of the Catholic University Law Review.
