Part of the team advising International Ferro Metals (SA) on the disposal of its mining right and beneficiation plant to Samancor Chrome valued at ZAR140m.

Part of the team advising Purity Metal Holdings on the disposal of its shares in its subsidiary Sky Chrome Mining transaction valued at ZAR170m.

Advising various mining companies on securing immovable property, through purchase and sale or a land use agreement, for the purposes of conducting mining operations. 

Advising various clients on the restructuring of their business and the commencement and process of business rescue in terms of chapter 6 of the Companies Act of 2008.
