Kamila Mróz advises financial institutions connected with insurance, banking, payment services, pensions, investment funds and other participants active in financial markets on the various legal aspects of their day-to-day activity. She focuses on the legal aspects of cooperation between insurers and banks (bancassurance). This mostly involves advising in relation to the structure and principles of such cooperation, introduction and modification of internal and external procedures, drafting of the documentation regulating such cooperation and insurance documentation (e.g. GTC), and assisting in negotiations between insurers and banks. Kamila also advises in relation to the M&A transactions conducted in the insurance market.
She represents financial institutions in regulatory proceedings, including the Commission for Financial Supervision (KNF) as well as the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK). Kamila represents clients in court proceedings, including common courts (civil proceedings), Supreme Court, the Court of Competition and Consumer Protection (SOKiK) as well as in the administrative courts.
