Jordan Movinski helps clients navigate the complex web of international trade and investment laws and regulations. Jordan has experience in a wide range of matters, including economic sanctions, export controls, foreign investment, and trade litigation.

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Jordan became familiar with the world of regulatory compliance from the government side. He served as a legal intern in the Office of Chief Counsel for International Commerce at the U.S. Department of Commerce and held a compliance guidance role at the New York City Campaign Finance Board.

Jordan graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School, where he earned Dean's Scholar Prizes for outstanding work in several courses, including Corporations and International Trade Law. While in law school, Jordan sharpened his negotiation skills in the Harvard Negotiation Workshop and served as the submissions editor of the Harvard Negotiation Law Review.
