Over the past 14 years, Miranda Berge has played a leading role in defending high-stakes class action and complex litigation matters in federal and state courts throughout the Unites States.

Miranda has particular experience in ERISA, antitrust, RICO, and regulatory disputes related to the health insurance industry. She regularly acts as counsel on behalf of healthcare insurers in cases regarding claims payment disputes brought by providers and subscribers, provider contracting, and coverage determinations.

Miranda has particular experience representing clients in class action litigation related to these topics and has obtained dismissal, summary judgment, and denial of class certification in cases involving a broad range of legal theories, including RICO, ERISA, the Sherman Act, and various state-law theories. Her experience also includes representation of food companies in a number of nationwide consumer protection class actions.
