As a dually qualified lawyer in Spain and England, Miguel García Stuyck provides cultural and languages bridges to international transactions with an exceptional pragmatic and commercial approach. Miguel provides technical excellence and pragmatism on equity capital markets and private and public M&A, a combination which can only be delivered through transactional experience and knowledge of laws and regulations.

Miguel is responsible for the securities market practice of the Madrid office, with in-depth knowledge in providing transactional and regulatory advice to the financial services industry. He has extensive experience in transactions involving listed securities, including admissions to listing, securities offerings and takeover offers. He also advises in complex M&A and joint venture transactions. As a member of the Spanish Financial Institutions Group, he regularly advises institutions regarding domestic regulations on payment services, e-money and regulated funds. Lately he has been involved in the most relevant transactions of the infrastructures sector.
