His work includes the development and negotiation of a wide variety of contracts, including concession agreements, design-build and EPC contracts, credit agreements, indentures, underwriting, placement and note purchase agreements, limited liability company agreements, and related collateral documents and guaranties. He also has substantial experience with public-private partnerships (P3).
Prior to joining the Miami office of Hogan Lovells, Andrej was an associate at a leading international law firm in New York.
